Om Thomas BjørnAbout Thomas Bjørn
Pilot. Eventyrer. Og nu forfatter.Pilot. Adventurer. And now author.
I have spent more than 20 years building high-performance teams. In large transformations and mission-critical projects, where it really counted.
And I fly. A single-engine aircraft that is almost 80 years old. My longest trip was 10 weeks and 10,000 km alone over mountains, sea and the blue Mediterranean sky. 27 airports. One backpack. Plenty of time to think.
In the summer of 2026 I was set to cross the Atlantic. An accident in Iceland that wrote off my plane stopped me. This time. The dream is still flying.
The Breakthrough – Heart in the Clouds is my first novel. My two great literary role models are Antoine de Saint-Exupéry and Richard Bach. Both pilots. Both writing about courage, freedom and following your heart. Exactly what I try to do myself.
